With CycleMasters programs you follow a plan that has been put together beforehand, during which you work towards your chosen goal within a few weeks. Our program developers have put together various programs to follow.

Program contents and schedule
On the overview page of the program, you will find a description and features (length, intensity, type) of the program. At the 'schedule' page you can see what lessons are planned for the coming weeks. The lessons are not scheduled on a specific day but have to be followed at some point during the designated week. This way you can choose which day suits you best.

Work-out-reminders (coming soon)While signing up, you can let us know whether you would like to receive our workout-reminders via email. We will then email you on selected days, to help remind you that it’s time for a new work-out.
