No sound on iPhone
If the lessons are being played without sound, use the steps below to solve the problem.
Check the sound settings
If the device has a switch on the side of the phone, slide it forwards towards the display so that the button is no longer orange.
Check the sound of a video
Open a CycleMasters class. Adjust the volume using the volume buttons or the slider in the control panel.
If you hear sound through the headphones but not through the device's speaker, disconnect the headphones and remove dust and dirt from the device's headphone jack.
Turn Bluetooth off
To ensure that the device is not connected to a Bluetooth accessory, go to "Settings" > "Bluetooth" and turn off Bluetooth.
