How can I start a membership?

You can start a CycleMasters membership in different ways. Below we briefly explain the differences.

Membership via the website

You can start a membership via www.cyclemasters.com.

You manage your membership via Settings on the website. Payments are processed by our payment partner Stripe.

• Monthly memberships can be paused
• Full membership management via your CycleMasters account

Membership via iOS (Apple)

You can also start a membership via the CycleMasters iOS app in the Apple App Store.

In this case, your membership and payments are managed by Apple.

• Payment-related questions must be handled by Apple Support
• Promo codes and pausing are not available

Membership via Android

If you use the CycleMasters Android app, you always start your membership via our website.

After signing up, you can log in to the Android app using the same account.

Membership via your employer

It is also possible to start a CycleMasters membership via your employer, for example through Bedrijfsfitnessnederland or BenVitaal.
