How can I start a membership?

You can start a membership via our website www.cyclemasters.com or through the CycleMasters iOS app which you download from the AppStore. If you use our CycleMasters Android app, you sign up as a member through our website. Then you can log in to the Android app.

Membership via the website

If you choose to start a membership via the website, you can manage and modify your membership through 'Settings' on the website, and payments are processed by our payment partner Stripe.

Membership via Apple

If you choose to start a membership via the iOS app, you can manage the membership through the Apple App Store, and payments are processed by Apple. For payment inquiries, we always have to refer you to Apple's support department in this case.

Please note: Only if you opt for a membership via our website can you use promo codes and, in the case of the monthly membership, pause your membership. These options are not available via Apple.
