On which devices can I play CycleMasters?

You can watch CycleMasters workouts on a desktop or laptop, smartphone and tablet. On a smartphone or tablet, we recommend using our app. On a desktop or laptop, you can follow classes through the website in Google Chrome.

The CycleMasters app is available for iPhone, iPad and Android. To use the latest version of the app, your device must meet the following minimum requirements:

iOS: iOS 16 or later
Android: Android 8 or later
CycleMasters app: version 3.9.5 or later

iOS (iPhone & iPad)

If you download the app from the App Store, you can create an account and become a member directly in the app. In this case, registration and payment are handled through Apple.

To use the latest CycleMasters app, you need at least iOS 16 and app version 3.9.5.

Android

If you download the app from Google Play, you cannot purchase a membership directly in the app.

First, create an account and purchase a membership through our website. You can then use this account to log in to the Android app.

To use the latest CycleMasters app, you need at least Android 8 and app version 3.9.5.

If you use Android 8, the app will work normally, but the Health Connect integration is not available. Health Connect requires at least Android 9.

Health Connect is an Android feature that allows CycleMasters to exchange workout data with other health and fitness apps.

Signed up via our website

If you signed up via our website, you can use the same account to log in to both the iOS and Android apps and access our workouts.

Older iOS or Android version

If your device is running a version older than iOS 16 or Android 8, the CycleMasters app is no longer supported on your device.

You can still follow your workouts using the web app in your browser, on your phone, tablet or computer.

Please note that not all features of the CycleMasters app may be available in the web app.

Watching on TV

You can cast using Chromecast from the iOS or Android app, or Google Chrome on your computer. You can use AirPlay from the iOS app or Safari with Apple TV or an AirPlay-compatible TV. Interactive workouts do not work via AirPlay. The Studio App for Android TV and Google TV is exclusively for business customers. Playback through a smart TV browser is not officially supported.
