What is the delivery time of my order?

When you place an order, you will automatically receive a confirmation by email. 

Clothing and accessories

We aim to ship every order on working days within 48 hours, but usually we manage to do it faster. If you urgently need the order because it is a gift, please contact us via chat or email at shop@cyclemasters.com. We will do our best to ship it as soon as possible! Unfortunately, we depend on PostNL for delivery and therefore cannot guarantee delivery times.

Indoor Cycling bikes

If you have ordered a bike from CycleMasters, for most models, if ordered before 2:00 PM, it will be delivered the next day.

Since it is a pallet delivery, the bikes can only be delivered on working days and not on weekends. Once the bike leaves the warehouse of our partner, you will receive a Track & Trace code. Please note! This email will be sent from our partners NRG or Betersport.

If you want to change the delivery day, please indicate this on the order.
