When you place an order, you will automatically receive a confirmation via e-mail.
Clothing and accessories
We strive to ship every order within 48 hours on working days, but usually this is done faster. If you need the order urgently, for example, as a gift, please contact us via chat or email at shop@cyclemasters.com and we will do our best to ship it as soon as possible! Unfortunately, we are dependent on PostNL for delivery and for that reason we cannot provide any guarantees.
Indoor Cycling bikes via the CycleMasters shop
Did you order a bike from CycleMasters? Then the following applies for most models: ordered before 14:00, delivered the next day. Since it is a pallet delivery, the bikes can only be delivered on working days and not on weekends. Once the bike leaves our partner's warehouse, you will receive a Track & Trace code. Please note! This email is sent from our partners NRG or Betersport.
Bike+ deliveries
If you have started a Bike+ membership, your bike will be shipped within a few days. You will receive an email with more information about your shipment 1 day before the scheduled delivery. You can find more help articles about the Bike+ membership and the delivery of your bike here.
