Returning Clothes and Merchandise

We find it very important that you are satisfied with your purchase. Would you rather return the item? Then you can return the order or part of it within 14 days of receiving your order. You must package the items in their original condition and in the original packaging. The costs for the return shipment are at your own expense. If the product is damaged, we may reject the return or charge for depreciation.

The costs for the return shipment are at your own expense. Costs for returning will only be reimbursed (afterwards) in case of damage during transport or incorrect items delivered.

Exchange

If you prefer a different size, please send an email to shop@cyclemasters.com. You will receive a discount code for the shipping costs so you do not have to pay them again. We can also create the new order for you if you prefer.

Returning

Return the items complete (including all accessories belonging to the item) and, if reasonably possible, in their original, undamaged packaging and with a fully completed return form. We recommend sending your return with a Track & Trace code. You are responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping. Keep the shipping receipt until you have received notification that your return has been processed. You can also bring your return to our office in Bleiswijk by appointment. Send an email to shop@cyclemasters.com to make an appointment.

How to return?

Fill in the return form and place it in the package. Cut off the address label and stick it on the package. Take the package to a shipping location of your choice. There you will receive a proof of shipment to show that the package has been returned. Keep this code safe and have it on hand when needed.

You can also register your return via shop@cyclemasters.com, then you can create and pay for the shipment via a link you will receive from us. You only need to print the label, stick it on the package, and drop it off at a PostNL point.

Processing of the return shipment

Once the item you have returned has been processed by us, you will receive an email about it. We aim to process your return as soon as possible. Our goal is to handle this within 2-5 working days after receiving the package.

Refund

We will refund the purchase amount in the same way you paid. Only if the entire order is returned will any paid shipping costs be refunded.
