I cannot pair my heart rate sensor

Are you having trouble pairing your heart rate sensor? Check the following points:

• Is Bluetooth enabled? Make sure the Bluetooth on your device is turned on before attempting to pair your sensor.
• Heart rate sensor enabled? Make sure the heart rate sensor is turned on or activated before trying to pair your sensor.
• If you are using a watch, ensure that your watch supports sharing heart rate data with other devices (Bluetooth HR broadcasting) and that this function/mode is enabled.
• Most heart rate sensors can only be connected to one device at a time. Therefore, make sure all previous connections are disconnected before trying to pair your sensor.
