Chromecast Icon Missing (Android)
Don't you see a cast icon in the CycleMasters app on your Android phone or tablet? This is usually due to a missing permission or a network setting.
Check the app permissions first
On Samsung devices, the CycleMasters app must explicitly have permission for 'Nearby devices'. Without this permission, the app cannot find a Chromecast or TV, and the cast icon will not appear.
Go to Settings → Apps → CycleMasters → Permissions and set Nearby devices to Allow. Then fully close the app and reopen it.
On Android devices from other brands, this permission is usually granted automatically. Don't see this option in the settings? Then that's normal.
Does casting still not work?
Then go through the points below:

Same wifi network
Make sure your Android device and your TV or Chromecast are connected to the same wifi network.

Restart the app completely
Fully close the CycleMasters app (also from recent apps) and reopen it.

App up to date
Check the Play Store to see if you are using the latest version of the CycleMasters app.

Android system update
Check if your device has installed the latest Android updates.

Test casting with another app
Does casting work from, for example, YouTube? Then the connection is fine, and it often helps to restart or reinstall the CycleMasters app.

Restart your TV or Chromecast
A quick restart of the casting device often resolves connection issues immediately.
