Can I pause my membership?

Yes, that is possible — provided you have a monthly Personal or Family membership that is directly taken out through CycleMasters.

This type of membership can be paused at any time for 1 to a maximum of 6 months. The pause always takes effect at the end of your current payment period. During the pause, payments stop and you temporarily have no access to the platform.

After the pause, your membership will automatically resume. You will receive a confirmation of this by email. Want to restart the membership earlier? That can be done at any time; that date will then be considered the start of your new period.

Note: pausing a membership is not possible for:

• Bike+ memberships
• annual memberships
• memberships that go through your employer
• memberships taken out via the iOS App Store
