Can I pause my membership?
Yes, that's possible! You can pause the membership at any time for 1 to a maximum of 6 months. The pause always starts at the end of the period you have paid for. During this period, payments are stopped, and you cannot use our platform.
After this period, the membership will automatically resume. You will receive a confirmation of this by email. Do you want to resume the membership earlier than the indicated period? No problem; you can resume the membership at any time, and this will then be the start date of your new period.
Please note: Pausing a membership is only possible with a monthly payment membership. It is also not possible to pause the membership if you started the membership through the iOS App Store.
In addition, it is not possible to pause a membership when you still have the (old) Essential membership.
