How can I cancel my membership?
If you no longer wish to use our platform, you can cancel your membership online. A Personal or Family membership ends at the end of the paid period, with no notice period. Bike+ has a minimum term of 12 months, with a return option within 30 days of receiving the bike. You can continue accessing the workouts until your membership ends. Your account remains active, but you can no longer follow lessons without a membership. You can still log in and start a new membership on your existing account. You do not need to create a new account.
Bike+ membership
Bike+ is a rental membership with a minimum term of 12 months. After that, it can be cancelled monthly. Within 30 days of receiving the bike, you can end the membership and have the bike collected free of charge. Outside this return option, the membership cannot end before the minimum term is over.
When your membership ends, the rented bike is collected free of charge. Read more about returning your Bike+ bike and arranging collection.
If you registered via the CycleMasters website, you can do so in the following way.
Cancelling via the website
To cancel your membership, go to our website on the 'Settings' page 'here'. Choose 'change' under 'Your Membership' and follow the cancellation instructions. After cancellation, you retain access until your membership end date, taking into account your membership term.
Requesting account deletion
Cancelling your membership does not delete your account. To request account deletion, email hello@cyclemasters.com. You cannot delete your account yourself through the app or website.
If you are using the CycleMasters app from the Google PlayStore, you automatically have an account via the website. The cancellation must also be done via the website.
If you created an account in the App Store and are sure you want to cancel your membership, follow the steps below.
Cancelling via the App Store
- On your iPhone or iPad, go to 'Settings' > '[your Apple ID name]' > 'Subscriptions'.
- Tap on the subscription you want to manage.
- Choose a different subscription option or tap 'Cancel Subscription'.
