How can I cancel my membership?
If you no longer wish to use our platform, you can cancel your membership online at any time. We do not have a cancellation period and we will stop the membership at the end of the paid period, you can still use our platform until the end of the current period. After that, your account will be suspended and all your data, such as created profiles and history, will be lost. If you decide to start again at a later time, you will have to create a new membership.
The cancellation can be easily done in your account with which you have signed up.
Are you registered via the CycleMasters website? Then you can do so in the following way.
Unsubscribe via the website
To cancel your membership, go to the 'My account' page on our website. Choose 'Cancel my account' and follow the instructions to cancel. Once you cancel your membership, your account will be automatically closed at the end of your current paid period. If you have canceled your membership and want to make sure there is no more personal information on our website, please e-mail us at [email protected]. In accordance with the AVG (General Data Protection Regulation) in force since 28 May 2018, all your data will then be deleted.

Unsubscribe from the App Store
- Go to 'Settings' > '[your name]' > 'Subscriptions'.
- Click the subscription you want to manage. Can't see the CycleMasters membership here? Check if you have created a membership through the App Store or directly via CycleMasters website.
- Choose another subscription option, or click "Cancel Subscription”.
If you are using the CycleMasters app from the Google PlayStore, you will automatically have an account via the website. The cancellation then has to be done via the website.
