How can I cancel my membership?

If you no longer wish to use our platform, you can cancel your membership online at any time. We do not have a notice period and will end the membership at the end of the paid period. You can still use the course offering until the end of the current period. Your account will then be deactivated. If you decide to restart at a later time, you will need to create a new membership.


If you registered via the CycleMasters website, you can do so in the following way.


Cancelling via the website

To cancel your membership, go to our website on the 'Settings' page 'here'. Choose 'change' under 'Your Membership' and follow the cancellation instructions. Once you cancel your membership, your account will automatically close at the end of your current billing period. If you have terminated your membership and want to ensure that no data remains with us, you can email hello@cyclemasters.com.

In accordance with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) which has been in effect since May 28, 2018, all your data will be deleted.


If you are using the CycleMasters app from the Google PlayStore, you automatically have an account via the website. The cancellation must also be done via the website.


If you created an account in the App Store and are sure you want to cancel your membership, follow the steps below.


Cancelling via the App Store

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, go to 'Settings' > '[your Apple ID name]' > 'Subscriptions'.
  2. Tap on the subscription you want to manage.
  3. Choose a different subscription option or tap 'Cancel Subscription'.
