How will my order be shipped?

In the Netherlands, all orders are shipped for a fixed shipping cost of €4.99. Bikes are shipped from an external warehouse by our partners. Orders are sent via parcel post.

For orders over €75 within the Netherlands, we cover the shipping costs and you pay nothing.

For orders from other European countries, a different rate may apply. Orders over €120 are shipped for free.

For shipments to other countries, the designated shipping costs will be charged, which are stated in the checkout process.

We aim to ship every order, unless otherwise indicated, within 3 working days. Regarding delivery times, we rely on shipping partners, so unfortunately, we cannot provide any guarantees. Need a rush order? Please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
