Available payment methods

For a membership purchased through our website, you can choose from the payment methods below, depending on your location. The available options are shown when you sign up.

iDEAL/Wero with direct debit

With iDEAL/Wero, you pay the first instalment of your membership using your Dutch bank account. When you sign up, you authorize us to collect subsequent payments automatically from the same account by SEPA Direct Debit.

Subsequent payments are therefore collected by direct debit. You do not need to pay each instalment manually through iDEAL/Wero.

Credit card

You can pay with Visa or Mastercard. Subsequent payments are charged automatically to your credit card.

When are payments collected?

Payments follow your membership’s billing period: monthly or annually. A Bike+ membership is billed monthly. Read more about invoicing.

Payment processing

We use Stripe to process payments through our website. Stripe processes payment details in accordance with the PCI security standard for card payments.
