Monthly Membership
Your membership with CycleMasters continues monthly until you cancel it.
By accepting the Terms of Use, you consent to have the membership fee automatically deducted each month via the payment method you choose.
The deduction occurs on the same calendar day on which your membership started.
In some cases, this date may change, for example, if a deduction fails or if your start date does not occur in a month (like the 31st).
You can cancel your membership at any time before the next billing date.
Annual Membership
With an annual membership, you pay the full amount once a year.
By agreeing to the Terms of Use, you consent to have this amount deducted annually via the payment method you choose.
After the first year, you will receive an email from us regarding the upcoming renewal. You will then have enough time to:
- convert your membership to a monthly membership, or
- cancel your membership.
The deduction takes place on the calendar day on which your membership started. Here too, the payment date may be adjusted in exceptional cases, for example, if a deduction fails or the start date does not occur in every month.
Bike+ Membership
A Bike+ membership has a minimum term of 12 months.
During this period, the membership is billed monthly and deducted automatically.
After the first 12 months, the Bike+ membership becomes cancellable monthly. Until that time, cancellation before the end of the term is not possible.
View or Download Invoices
You can view and download all your invoices via the settings page of your account.
Go to the ‘membership’ tab to see an overview of your invoices.
Membership via the iOS App Store
Did you sign up for your membership through the iOS App Store?
Then the payment is processed through Apple. For questions about payments or invoices, we will refer you to Apple directly.
