Monthly Membership

Your membership with CycleMasters will continue monthly until you cancel it. By agreeing to the Terms of Use, you authorize us to debit your membership fees monthly, for the upcoming month, via the payment method you have selected, unless you cancel your membership before the billing date. The debit will take place on the calendar day on which the paid portion of your membership began. In certain cases, we may change the payment date. For example, if we were unable to debit an amount on the date you specified, or when your paid membership began on a day that does not occur in a particular month.

Annual Membership

Your membership with CycleMasters will be billed annually once. By agreeing to the Terms of Use, you authorize us to debit the membership fees annually via the payment method you have selected. After the first year, you will receive an email informing you of the upcoming renewal of your membership. You will then have sufficient time to switch the membership to a monthly membership or cancel the membership. The debit will take place on the calendar day on which the paid portion of your membership began. In certain cases, we may change the payment date. For example, if we were unable to debit an amount on the date you specified, or when your paid membership began on a day that does not occur in a particular month. 

View/Download Invoices

You can download the invoices via the 'settings page' of your account. You will find all invoices under the 'membership' tab. Click here to view all invoices directly.

Membership via iOS App Store

If you have signed up for membership through the iOS App Store, please note that for payment inquiries regarding the membership, we will have to refer you to Apple.
