Change Personal information
The data you can change are:
- Contact details
- Membership (pause or cancel)
- Payment method
- Password
- Email address
Personal data can only be changed via our website and not through the app. For this, go to the web version at account.cyclemasters.com
- Click on your profile name in the top right corner
- Go to settings
- Here choose 'membership' or 'data'
Note: Did you take out a membership through the iOS App Store? Then it is not possible to cancel your membership and change your payment method via 'Your account'. In that case, you can only do this through the App Store.
