Are there training schedules available?

Sure! We call these programs. With a program, you follow a number of classes per week for a certain period. The programs are logically structured and ensure that you build up in a responsible way. There are programs available for different goals.

For example, we help you on your way with beginner workouts if you are new to Indoor Cycling with the "Join the Ride program." But there are also multiple programs available for advanced users where you work on your fitness and strength.
