Are there training schedules available?
Yes, there are! This is what we call programs. With a program, you follow a number of lessons per week for a certain period of time. The programs are logically structured and built up in a safe way.
There are programs available for different purposes. For example, with the "Join the Ride program" we help you on your way with beginner workouts if you are new to Indoor Cycling. For advanced cyclists there are several programs available where you work on your stamina and strength. You can find our Programs' here.
