Return Bikes and accessoires

We find it important that you are satisfied with your purchase. Not quite what you expected? No problem. Below you can read how returns work for orders placed through our webshop (shop.cyclemasters.com).

Return Period

You can return an order (or a part of it) within 14 days of receipt. The item must be unused and returned in the original condition and packaging.

Is a product damaged or incomplete? Then we may refuse the return or charge fees for depreciation.

Return Costs

The costs for returning are generally at your own expense.

Is it a package weighing more than 30 kilograms that cannot be returned via regular mail? Then the return costs are estimated at a maximum of approximately €150,-, depending on weight, volume, and location.

Heavy Packages (more than 30 kg)

For packages over 30 kilograms, we will schedule a pickup appointment with you. The package will be picked up by a shipping partner selected by us.

Do you want to return such a package? Then please contact us at hello@cyclemasters.com. We will then inform you of the next steps.

Handling Your Return

As soon as your return is received and processed, you will receive a confirmation via email. We aim to process returns within 2 to 5 working days after receipt.

Refund

The purchase amount will be refunded via the same payment method you used when placing the order.
