Return Bikes and accessoires

We consider it very important that you are satisfied with your purchase. Would you rather return the item? Then you can return the order or part of it within 14 days after receiving your order. You must pack the items in original condition and in the original packaging. The costs for the return shipment are at your own expense. 

If the product is damaged, we may reject the return or charge for the depreciation in value.

Costs 

The costs for the return shipment are at your own expense. For packages heavier than 30 kilograms which cannot be returned by post in a normal way due to their nature, the shipping costs are estimated at a maximum of around €150 (depending on weight, volume, and place of residence).

Returning

For returning packages heavier than 30 kilograms, we will make a collection appointment with you. The package will be collected by a shipping partner chosen by us.

How to return?

If you want to have a package of more than 30 kilograms returned, you can contact us via hello@cyclemasters.com. We will then inform you about the next steps for collecting the package.

Handling of the return shipment 

Once the item you returned has been processed by us, you will receive an email about this. We aim to process your return as soon as possible. Our goal is to handle this within 2-5 working days after receiving the package.

Refund

We will refund the purchase amount in the same way you paid.
