Delivery of Bike+ bikes

  • The delivery of your Bike+ bike is always free. After placing your order, the bike will be delivered to your home within several working days (delivery only takes place on working days).
  • The bike in the Bike+ membership are delivered fully assembled. Only the wheels need to be attached. This is necessary for safe transport and is easy to do yourself.
  • Delivery takes place to the threshold of your home. The delivery person cannot bring the bike to another location in the house or upstairs, thus not delivering to upper floors.
  • On the day before delivery you will receive an email with tracking information.
  • We cannot give a time indication in advance; the delivery moment (time slot) will be made known only on the day of delivery itself via tracking.

Return within 30 days

You can return the Bike+ bike free of charge within 30 days of receipt. Please contact us via email, so we can schedule a pick-up appointment together.


Returning the Bike+ bikes upon termination of the membership


  • When you terminate your Bike+ membership, the bike will be picked up free of charge.
  • To make a pick-up appointment, you can email us at support@cyclemasters.com.
  • For the pick-up, you will also receive an email with tracking information one day in advance. The exact pick-up time will be known only on the day itself.
  • Make sure someone is present at the agreed time. If no one is present at the pick-up appointment, we may charge costs for a new pick-up attempt.
