How do I delete my account?

Would you like to have your CycleMasters account deleted? Send your request to hello@cyclemasters.com. Include the email address used to create your account so we can find it.

Deleting your account or cancelling your membership?

If you only want to stop your membership, you do not need to delete your account. Your account remains available after your membership ends. You can still log in and start a new membership later. You cannot follow classes without an active membership.
