What is the length of the workouts?
Our Cycling workouts are available in various lengths from 20 minutes to a maximum of 90 minutes. The length of the class is independent of the intensity of the workouts. For example, there are beginner classes of twenty minutes, but also HIIT workouts that are given at high intensity in the same time.
The Strength workouts vary between 10 and 35 minutes.
Finally, the Yoga sessions have sessions of 20 minutes and 50 minutes. The 20-minute workouts can be combined well with an Indoor Cycling Workout. The 50-minute workouts are classes that can be followed on their own.
The length of the class is always indicated.
