Add notes to a lesson

Do you want to remember something about a lesson? For example, how heavy it was, which settings you used, or how you felt? Then you can easily add a note.

Where do you add a note?

Immediately after the lesson

After completing a lesson, you can immediately add a note in the summary screen.

Add later

You can also add or adjust a note later:

• Go to My list
• Tap on the i-icon next to the lesson
• Add your note in the lesson detail screen

How do you see that there is a note?

• In the lesson detail screen, you will see an icon in My notes when a note has been added
• In the overview of lessons, you will see a small note icon next to lessons where you have saved a note
