View workout data after the class.
After a CycleMasters lesson, you immediately see the lesson overview page. Here you’ll find a summary of your workout and, if you have a compatible sensor connected, detailed data about your heart rate and power output.
Want to review the data from an earlier lesson? Go to Menu > My list > Viewing history. Tap the i icon next to the name of the lesson to open the overview page.
Which data do you see after the lesson?
At the top of the overview page you’ll see:
- Time – the duration of your lesson.
- Distance – the distance covered.
- Average speed – your average speed during the lesson.
- Calories – the number of calories burned.
Did you connect a bike with power measurement or a heart rate monitor during the lesson? Then you’ll also see graphs below for:
- Power output
- Power zones
- Heart rate
- Heart rate zones
Power output and power zones are only shown when your bike measures and transmits power. The heart rate graphs are only available when you have connected a heart rate monitor or Apple Watch.
Estimated and measured values
Not all data is always measured directly:
- Time is always the actual duration of your lesson.
- Distance, average speed, and calories are estimates when you haven’t connected a compatible bike or heart rate monitor.
- With a connected bike or heart rate monitor, the available data during your lesson is measured and saved.
So, a connected sensor gives you a more personal and accurate view of your performance. Without a sensor you can still view your lesson results, but some values are based on an estimate.
