Rating workouts

With the assessment feature, you can easily indicate what you thought of a lesson. This way, you help us improve the offerings and tailor them to what you enjoy.

When can you rate a lesson?

You can only rate a lesson if you have completed it fully.

Where can you rate a lesson?

Immediately after the lesson

After your workout, you will automatically go to the summary screen. Here you can immediately indicate whether you enjoyed the lesson and add a rating. You can then rate the lesson on several aspects:

• Overall lesson
• Instructor
• Music
• Exercises
• How challenging the workout was (1–10)

Rating later

You can also add or adjust a rating later:

• Go to My list
• Tap the info icon next to the lesson
• Open the lesson details screen and add your rating
