Rating workouts
With the assessment feature, you can easily indicate what you thought of a lesson. This way, you help us improve the offerings and tailor them to what you enjoy.
When can you rate a lesson?
You can rate a lesson once it is marked as completed.
Where can you rate a lesson?
Immediately after the lesson
After your workout, you will automatically go to the summary screen. Here you can immediately indicate whether you enjoyed the lesson and add a rating. You can then rate the lesson on several aspects:
- Overall lesson
- Instructor
- Music
- Exercises
- How challenging the workout was (1–10)
Rating later
Haven’t rated a completed lesson yet? You can also add your rating later:
- Go to My list
- Tap the info icon next to the lesson
- Open the lesson details screen and add your rating
Important to know
- Ratings can only be given via the app
- You cannot change your rating after saving
