Interactive Workouts

With the interactive workouts, you can determine the course of the class yourself. During the class, the instructor will present 2 options for the next track during a choice moment. With these options, you can, for example, choose between:

• the type of exercise
• the intensity
• the type of music
• the route (in Scenic Rides)

This way, you have control over how the class progresses for you and you can take the class many times without it being the same.

Choosing Options

The instructor explains the 2 options and the options are displayed on the screen. You can then make your choice. By choosing one of these options, the class will continue immediately with your chosen option. If you do not make a choice, the class will automatically continue with one of the following tracks. So, it's okay if you miss a choice moment.

Custom interface

The interface during an interactive workout differs slightly from a normal class. Where you would normally see the remaining time of the class, you now see the elapsed time of the class. This is because the remaining time of the class depends on the choices you make during the class. The indication of the distance traveled and the calories burned are still shown and are also calculated based on the choices you make.

Casting an interactive workout to a Chromecast

Just like with all other workouts, it is possible to view the interactive workouts on a TV in combination with a Google Chromecast. During casting, the choice options are displayed on the device you are casting from, such as a phone or tablet. So make sure to keep it nearby when following an interactive workout.
